- 1 pkg. filo dough
- 2 Tbsp. cottage cheese
- 2 pkg. chopped spinach
- 4 eggs
- 1 sq. Feta cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- melted margarine
Directions

1Open filo dough; cut in half.

2With one half, start layering the bottom of a 12 x 9-inch glass pan, brushing each layer with melted margarine.

3When half is done, mix the cottage cheese, drained, chopped spinach, beaten eggs, Feta cheese and bread crumbs well.

4Spread this filling over the bottom filo layer. Repeat with second half, brushing each layer with margarine.

5Cut into squares before cooking.

6Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
