- 1 (10 oz.) box chopped frozen spinach
- 1 lb. Italian sweet sausage, remove from casing
- 6 eggs
- 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 unbaked pie shells
Directions

1Brown meat and drain.

2Cook spinach and drain well.

3In large bowl beat eggs; add cheeses, spinach and seasonings and mix well. Add drained sausage meat.

4Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

5Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 375° oven.
