  • 1 (10 oz.) box chopped frozen spinach
  • 1 lb. Italian sweet sausage, remove from casing
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

Directions

    Brown meat and drain.

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    In large bowl beat eggs; add cheeses, spinach and seasonings and mix well. Add drained sausage meat.

    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 375° oven.
