  • 1/8 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • dash of salt
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese

    Pour into greased Pyrex deep dish, 10-inch preferably.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until brown around edges.
