  • 1 (12 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach
  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chives
  • 2 Tbsp. dill
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Boil potatoes, drain and peel.

    Add butter and mash until smooth.

    Add sour cream and seasonings, mix well.

    Add cooked and well drained spinach, mix well.

    Place in casserole dish with grated cheese.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
