- 1 (12 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach
- 6 large potatoes
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chives
- 2 Tbsp. dill
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Boil potatoes, drain and peel.

2Add butter and mash until smooth.

3Add sour cream and seasonings, mix well.

4Add cooked and well drained spinach, mix well.

5Place in casserole dish with grated cheese.

6Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
