  • 8 oz. cream cheese, soft
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 oz. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 c. diced ham
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 deep dish pie crust

Directions

    Beat cheese until creamy.

    Beat in eggs, milk and pepper. Stir in spinach, ham and onion.

    Pour into pie crust; salt and pepper to taste.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
