  • 10 oz. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed in butter
  • 8 oz. Ricotta
  • 1 1/2 c. Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 5 pieces bacon, crisp
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
