- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 c. milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. Romano cheese
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Line a 9-inch quiche dish with pastry.

2Prick bottom and sides with a fork.

3Bake at 300° for 3 to 4 minutes.

4Cook spinach; drain water.

5Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into pastry shell.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
