- pie crust (ready made)
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked
- 3 eggs
- 1 container Ricotta cheese
- shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
Directions

1Partially bake pie crust for 10 to 12 minutes.

2Remove from oven.

3In a medium saucepan, combine cooked and drained spinach, eggs, Ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese and spices.

4Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

5Pour into pie shell.

6Sprinkle with remaining Swiss cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
