- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices, cut in thin strips
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 4 eggs, beaten slightly
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained
Directions

1Cover bottom and 1/4-inch of sides of greased 9 x 13-inch pan with rolls.

2Flatten out the crescent rolls and press against bottom of pan to form a flat crust for quiche; set aside.
