  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese about 1 1/2 oz
  • 1/3 cup plain dry bread crumb
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 lipton recip secret golden onion soup mix

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; shape into 1-inch balls. Arrange rice balls on well-greased baking sheet and bake 20 minutes or until golden. Serve warm and, if desired, with assorted mustards.
