  • 1 1/2 c. graham crackers
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 unbaked deep pie crust

    Mix egg whites, sugar, crumbs, pecans and coconut.

    Stir by hand.

    Pour into unbaked pie crust.

    Bake in a preheated 325° oven until glossy and set, about 25 to 30 minutes.

    Do not overbake. Serve warm with whipped cream.
