Spinach Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sour cream (medium container)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (use half of the dressing and then taste, add more as needed)
  • 3 to 4 green onions (use all of onion)
  • bacon bits, crushed (not small)
  • 2 boxes chopped spinach, well drained by squeezing dry
  • 2 pkg. large flour burrito shells

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients and spread thin down the center of the shells.

    Roll and seal by using finger and adding a little water on 1/4-inch of shell; press together.

    Freeze and then cut into 1/2-inch slices with a serrated knife.
