  • 1 (18 oz.) pkg. 9-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
  • 1 (3 oz.) jar bacon bits
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 6 chopped scallions (1/4 to 1/2 c.)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Defrost and drain spinach.

    Pat dry.

    Mix ingredients together except tortillas.

    Spread evenly on tortillas, roll up.

    Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
