- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine spinach and next 6 ingredients.

2Stir until blended. Lay out 2 sheets phyllo, one on top of other.

3Brush top with melted butter.

4Spread about 3 to 4 tablespoons spinach mixture long shorter edge of phyllo.

5Roll up twice.

6Fold in sides and continue rolling jelly roll fashion.
