  • 2 (10 oz.) chopped frozen spinach, thawed and excess water squeezed out
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1/4 c. bacon bits
  • 1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley dressing
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. water chestnuts, chopped
  • large flour tortillas

Directions

    Mix all ingredients. Spread on tortillas and roll. Refrigerate overnight in a covered container. Slice in 1-inch pieces and serve. Makes 6 to 8 (10-inch) rolls.
