  • 1 container (24 oz.) low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  • 2 cups shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
  • 2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Mix cottage cheese, egg product and 1 cup mozzarella; set aside.

    Combine sauce and crumbles; spread 1/2 onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

    Cover with layers of pasta and 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture; top with remaining sauce and cottage cheese mixtures.

    Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella; cover with foil.

    Bake 1 hour, removing foil after 30 min.

    Remove from oven; let stand 10 min.
