Ingredients

• 1/2 lb. chopped spinach or 1 pkg. frozen spinach
• 1/2 tsp.salt
• 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 2 boiled and diced eggs
• 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
• 1/2 c. chopped celery
• 1 c. diced cheese
• 1 Tbsp. horseradish
• mayonnaise
