  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup (1.5 cups ) All purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Vegetables oil/cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp Margarine
  • 1 tsp Bica soda

    In sauce pan,hit 1 cup sugar till brown.

    Add 1 cup water.

    Stir.

    Now u have caramel syrup.

    Set it cool.

    Using steamer.

    (I used bamboo steamer).

    Let the water boil.

    Using cake mixer, (I used blender) blend eggs,vegetables oil,condensed milk,margarine about 2mins.

    Add caramel syrup to the blender.

    Mix flour with soda bica.

    Add to the blender.

    Blend well till it look like a batter.

    Abt 3mins.

    Put the batter into baking pan.

    Make sure place baking paper underneath to avoid it stick.

    Steam about 30mins.
