Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Jell-O lemon gelatin (4 serving size)
  • 3/4 c. hot water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained and cooled

Directions

    Mix together gelatin, water, lemon juice and mayonnaise.

    Cool slightly and add onions, celery, cottage cheese and spinach.

    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan and chill until firm.
