Ingredients
- 2 bunches spinach
- 4 slices lean bacon
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- freshly ground pepper
Directions

1Clean, wash and dry the spinach.

2Chill well.

3Trim bacon of excess fat.

4Saute the bacon over medium heat until soft, not crisp.

5Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar and sugar. Stir and heat.

6Pour over spinach and toss well.

7Serve with fresh ground pepper.
