- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 (11 oz.) pkg. Stouffer's frozen spinach souffl, thawed
- 2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Prepare a souffl dish by lightly brushing with olive oil; set aside.

3In a large frying pan, cook the onion and garlic in olive oil until softened, but not browned, 3 to 5 minutes.

4Stir in spinach souffl, Parmesan cheese and pepper.

5Spoon into prepared souffl dish. Place on baking sheet and bake for 60 to 75 minutes.

6Top will be browned when done. Adjust baking time according to your oven. Can be served immediately or at room temperature.
