  • 1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
  • 3 (12 oz.) pkg. spinach, cooked
  • 1/3 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 4 eggs, separated

Directions

    Beat egg whites stiff.

    Mix all ingredients, except egg whites, then fold them in carefully.

    Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole pan for 1 hour at 350°.

    Can be made the day before and refrigerated.

    If you do this, take it out an hour before you want to bake it.
