- 1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
- 3 (12 oz.) pkg. spinach, cooked
- 1/3 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 eggs, separated
Directions

1Beat egg whites stiff.

2Mix all ingredients, except egg whites, then fold them in carefully.

3Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole pan for 1 hour at 350°.

4Can be made the day before and refrigerated.

5If you do this, take it out an hour before you want to bake it.
