  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat flour and eggs until smooth.

    Add spinach, cheese and salt.

    Place in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour or until lightly browned.

    Let set a few minutes before cutting.
