  • 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked according to instructions and drained well
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese and fresh Mozzarella
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs (topping)

    Beat eggs.

    Add all ingredients, except mix melted butter and bread crumbs together.

    Distribute on top evenly.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Knife should come out clean.
