- 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked according to instructions and drained well
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 or 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese and fresh Mozzarella
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs (topping)
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Add all ingredients, except mix melted butter and bread crumbs together.

3Distribute on top evenly.

4Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

5Knife should come out clean.
