- 2 c. (16 oz.) cottage cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs.

2Add spinach, 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese and salt.

3Spoon into greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking pan.

4Bake at 350° until set, about 45 minutes.

5Remove from oven.

6Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese and let stand 5 minutes.

7Yields 6 to 8 servings.
