  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tsp. flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained well

    Cook spinach until thawed and separate.

    Dice cheese and butter; beat eggs.

    Combine all ingredients in casserole dish and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
