  • 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1/3 stick margarine
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 stem celery, grated
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 shakes dill weed
  • 4 eggs, beaten light and fluffy
  • matzoh meal (if needed)

Directions

    Add margarine to drained spinach.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    If mixture is too loose, add 2 tablespoons matzoh meal.

    Pour into greased pan.

    Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 to 45 minutes.
