- 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1/3 stick margarine
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 stem celery, grated
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 shakes dill weed
- 4 eggs, beaten light and fluffy
- matzoh meal (if needed)
Directions

1Add margarine to drained spinach.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

3If mixture is too loose, add 2 tablespoons matzoh meal.

4Pour into greased pan.

5Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 to 45 minutes.
