- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz (can adjust to taste)
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
Directions

1Saute onion and margarine until golden.

2Add flour and water gradually, stirring constantly until thickened.

3Blend in cheese. Add spinach.

4Fold in eggs until well blended.

5Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.

7(The mixing is done in skillet; onion is browned in as you are stirring while heat is still on.)
