- 3 pkg. leaf spinach
- 1 large minced onion
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 8 beaten eggs
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Thaw and drain spinach; squeeze dry.

2Cook onion and margarine.

3Stir in spinach; cover and cook 5 minutes.

4Add salt, milk and margarine.

5Slowly add eggs while stirring.

6Blend in bread crumbs and cheese.

7Place spinach mixture in mold which has been lined with waxed paper.

8Top with a few crumbs.

9Bake about 60 minutes at 325°.

10If desired, serve topped with tiny cocktail tomatoes.
