- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 6 egg whites
Directions

1Combine soup, Cheddar cheese and nutmeg in saucepan.

2Heat slowly until cheese melts.

3Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; gradually stir into soup mixture.

4Cook spinach according to package and drain well.

5Add to soup mixture.

6Beat egg whites until stiff in a large bowl.

7Fold in soup mixture.
