- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 c. herbed Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

1Cook spinach; drain well. Mix soup and sour cream; let set. Add crumbs soaked in melted butter to sour cream mixture.

2Mix in spinach and place in casserole.

3Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
