Spinach-Spaghetti Casserole

- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 8 oz. thin spaghetti
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Chop, thaw and drain spinach.

2Break, cook and drain spaghetti.

3Mix all ingredients well.

4Bake, covered, in casserole at 350° for 40 minutes.

5This recipe may be cut in half and can be made the day before.

6Good with all meats, fish or fowl.
