Spinach-Spaghetti Casserole

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
  • 8 oz. thin spaghetti
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Chop, thaw and drain spinach.

    Break, cook and drain spaghetti.

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Bake, covered, in casserole at 350° for 40 minutes.

    This recipe may be cut in half and can be made the day before.

    Good with all meats, fish or fowl.
