  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix (dry)
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
  • lemon juice
  • salt to taste

    Drain the spinach.

    Mix all together.

    Refrigerate for a day. Good spread for rye bread or pumpernickel bread.
