  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

    Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
