- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Melt butter and beat in eggs.

2Add flour, milk, salt and baking powder.

3Mix and then add cheese and spinach.

4(Squeeze as much water out of thawed spinach as you can.) Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 35 minutes at 350° or until a little brown and solid.

5Cool for 45 minutes and cut into 50 squares. After cutting, you may freeze on cookie sheet and transfer to bag. To reheat, bake at 325° for about 12 minutes.
