  • 3 boxes spinach souffle, defrosted
  • 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. dry vermouth
  • 2 Tbsp. flour, mixed with a little milk
  • 2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper

    Cook shells.

    Fill with spinach souffle.

    Make a cheese sauce with the last 4 ingredients.

    Season with salt and pepper as it cooks.

    Stir constantly until cheese melts.

    Pour over shells. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
