- 1 box shells
- 3 boxes spinach souffle, defrosted
- 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. dry vermouth
- 2 Tbsp. flour, mixed with a little milk
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook shells.

2Fill with spinach souffle.

3Make a cheese sauce with the last 4 ingredients.

4Season with salt and pepper as it cooks.

5Stir constantly until cheese melts.

6Pour over shells. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
