Spinach Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells
- 2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen creamed spinach (cook in pouch)
- 1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce or your favorite spaghetti sauce recipe
Directions

1Cook shells according to package.

2Drain.

3Cook creamed spinach (follow package directions.)

4Empty spinach pouches into large bowl and cool.

5Stir in Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella, salt and pepper.

6Stuff each shell with tablespoon of cheese mixture.

7In skillet, cook ground beef.

8Stir in jar of spaghetti sauce.

9Put stuffed shells in casserole and pour sauce over.

10Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
