Spinach Stuffed Sole

- 1 1/2 lb. fillet of sole
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped ham
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
Directions

1Defrost sole.

2Cook spinach and drain well. Spread spinach and ham on fish.

3Roll and place in greased casserole dish.

4Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
