- 1 box frozen chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing (any flavor)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach.

2Add cheese, chopped onion and butter to spinach and stir until all melted.

3Turn into medium bowl and add rest of ingredients.

4Pour into buttered casserole and top with dots of margarine.

5Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
