Spinach Stuffing

  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing (any flavor)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

    Cook and drain spinach.

    Add cheese, chopped onion and butter to spinach and stir until all melted.

    Turn into medium bowl and add rest of ingredients.

    Pour into buttered casserole and top with dots of margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
