  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)
  • 4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) container cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix well the Bisquick, milk and 2 eggs.

    Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan.

    Mix altogether the broccoli, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, cottage cheese and 2 eggs.

    Spoon over Bisquick mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Asparagus could also be used instead of spinach.
