  • 2 bags or 6 boxes frozen spinach
  • 1 block butter
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 large can artichoke hearts
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Boil and drain spinach in salt water.

    While hot, add cream cheese (cut in small pieces) and butter.

    Mix until completely melted.
  4. 4
    Quarter artichoke hearts and slice water chestnuts very thin.

    Mix with spinach.

    Pour in baking dish and top with bread crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
