  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. sour cream (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp. cider vinegar
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cook the spinach according to directions on package with the onion; drain well.
