  • 1/2 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped, fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. dried whole dill weed
  • 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
