  • 1 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 cup reduced-fat swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (9 inch) frozen pie crusts

Directions

    Preheat oven and baking sheet to 350 degrees.

    Mix eggs, milk, cheese, spinach, and soup mix.
