  • 3 or 4 scrambled eggs

Directions

    In large iron skillet sprayed with nonstick butter flavored cooking spray at high heat, stir-fry the spinach until done.

    Stir constantly and do not add water.

    When done, toss scrambled eggs on top and serve.
