Spinach Wonton Tarts

- 12 oz wonton wrappers
- 9 oz frozen creamed spinach
- 1 (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chopped roasted red pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 4 - 12-cup muffin pans then line each recess with a wonton wrapper. Bake for 5 mins, or until light golden brown.

2Cook spinach according to package instructions. Let cool for 5 mins then mix with artichokes, cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise and garlic powder. Season. Fill each tart shell with 1 tbsp spinach mixture then bake for 5 mins, or until heated through. Garnish with red pepper.
