  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
  • 2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
