- 2 c. flour plus 2 Tbsp.
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Boil on stove milk and butter until melted.

3Mix dry ingredients together flour, baking powder and salt.

4Beat eggs and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Alternate dry ingredients and milk while still beating good.

5Add flavoring.

6Use a Bundt pan or angel food pan, greased and floured.

7Bake 40 minutes.
