- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Mix together sugar and flour.

2Add egg yolks and milk.

3Mix well.

4Stir in lemon extract and nutmeg.

5Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry.

6Fold into milk mixture.

7Pour into five 5-ounce custard cups.

8Place cups in a pan of water.

9Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
