  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Cook corn meal in milk until mixture is of the consistency of thick cream. Beat in one at a time the egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Turn into a greased baking dish and bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
